PRODUCT HELP
CAN I USE MULTIPLE PRODUCTS TOGETHER?

Yes — they're designed as a system: Prepare → Perform → Recover.

  • Prepare: Anti-Chafe or Chamois Cream before you go, Blister-Stop Wool in the shoes, Insect Repel for the conditions.
  • Perform: Top up Anti-Chafe or Insect Repel as needed during long days.
  • Recover: Hot Rub for tight muscles, First Aid Gel and Mānuka Oil for any cuts, scrapes, or skin niggles afterward.

The whole range is built to layer — natural actives, no clashing ingredients, no need to choose one product over another.

WILL THE PRODUCTS STAIN MY CLOTHING?

No. All our products are made with natural oils and waxes — they may leave a temporary mark on fabric if applied generously, but it will wash out in a normal wash. A warm wash with regular detergent does the job, no special treatment needed.

WHAT'S THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN CHAMOIS CREAM AND ANTI CHAFE GEL?

At their core they do the same job: reduce friction, prevent chafing, and keep you moving comfortably. The differences come down to texture, use case, and personal preference.

Chamois Cream — a lightweight, breathable cream designed specifically for time in the saddle. Works seamlessly with your chamois for long-lasting comfort on the bike.

Anti-Chafe — a gel-like formula with a lanolin base, creating a slightly more durable barrier across high-friction areas anywhere on the body. Ideal for multi-sport use.

Quick guide:

  • Cream texture (Chamois) → lighter, more traditional feel for riding
  • Gel texture (Anti-Chafe) → smoother glide, more protective feel

The key functional difference: Anti-Chafe contains lanolin, which conditions skin and softens calluses — especially good if you're already dealing with irritation or pressure points.

MĀNUKA & KĀNUKA OIL
How is mānuka oil different from mānuka honey?

Both come from the Mānuka plant, but they’re obtained differently. Honey is from the bees while the oil is extracted directly from the plant making it more concentrated.
Mānuka honey is thicker and commonly used for wound dressings, while mānuka oil is lightweight, fast-absorbing, and designed for easy everyday use on skin.

Why does it contain mānuka oil?

The Mānuka oil adds natural antibacterial support, helping keep feet in better condition and reducing the chance of issues when things get hot, sweaty, and high-friction.

What’s the difference between mānuka oil and tea tree oil?

Tea tree oil is well known and widely uses, but it can be drying on the skin and harsh. Mānuka oil delivers powerful antibacterial support with a more balanced, skin-friendly profile, making it better suited for regular use.
Mānuka oil contains different natural compounds that give it a broader and more versatile antimicrobial effect.

Is it safe for kids and families?

Yes, it’s made from 100% natural ingredients and is safe for everyday use by the whole family.

Why does it contain kānuka oil?

We’ve added Kānuka oil for its natural antibacterial and skin-supporting properties. While the formula works to repel insects, kānuka oil helps care for your skin at the same time, keeping it calm, balanced, and in better condition, even with repeated use.

Does kānuka oil really help ease sore muscles?

Yes, kānuka oil is naturally anti-inflammatory, which means it helps calm the body’s response to strain and overuse. When applied to tired or tight areas, it can help take the edge off soreness and support recovery.
