Terms & Conditions

1. The Promoter

This competition is run by That's It (thatsit.nz) in partnership with Rookie Academy ("the Promoters").
2. Eligibility
  • Entry is open to New Zealand residents aged 18 years or over.
  • Employees of That's It and Rookie Academy, their immediate families, and anyone professionally connected with the competition are not eligible to enter.
  • This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, Facebook, or TikTok.
3. Competition period

Entries open 20 June 2026 and close at 11:59pm NZST on 30 June 2026. Any entries received after this time will not be counted.
4. How to enter

To enter, you must follow both @thatsit.nz and @rookieacademy (or the equivalent accounts on the platform you are entering on), like the competition post, and tag a friend in the comments.

Bonus entries: Share the competition post to your story and tag both accounts to receive 5 additional entries. Each valid story share during the competition period counts toward bonus entries. Entries are accepted across Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok. You may enter on more than one platform.
5. The prize

One winner will receive a prize for themselves and one nominated friend, consisting of:

  • 2 × Women's Ski Camp tickets with Rookie Academy (one for the winner and one for their nominated friend), each valued at $1,750 NZD.
  • 2 × That's It skin-gear packs, each valued at $160 NZD.

Total prize value: $3,820 NZD.
6. What the prize does and does not include

The prize includes the Women's Ski Camp tickets and the That's It skin-gear packs only. The prize does not include, and the winner and their nominated friend are responsible for arranging and paying for: travel to and from the camp (including flights), accommodation, mountain or lift passes if required and not otherwise provided as part of the camp, and any meals, equipment hire, insurance, or personal expenses not expressly included in the camp ticket.
7. Prize conditions
  • The prize is not transferable (other than to the winner's nominated friend) and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other product or service.
  • The Women's Ski Camp tickets are subject to availability and to Rookie Academy's own dates, terms, and conditions. The winner and their friend must be able to attend a camp date offered by Rookie Academy.
  • The Promoters reserve the right to substitute any prize (or part of a prize) with a prize of equal or greater value should circumstances beyond their control make this necessary.
8. Winner selection and notification
  • The winner will be drawn at random from all valid entries on 1 July 2026.
  • The winner will be notified via direct message on the platform they entered on, and announced publicly via That's It's social media channels.
  • The winner must respond to claim their prize within 7 days of being notified. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not respond within this time, the Promoters reserve the right to redraw and select an alternative winner.
9. General
  • The Promoters reserve the right to verify the validity of entries and to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process, breaches these terms, or acts in a manner that is fraudulent or contrary to the spirit of the competition.
  • The Promoters' decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
  • The Promoters reserve the right to amend, suspend, or cancel the competition at any time where circumstances make this necessary.
  • By entering, you consent to your social media handle being used by the Promoters to announce and promote the winner of this competition.
  • Personal information collected as part of this competition will be handled in accordance with That's It's privacy policy, available at thatsit.nz.
