By entering this prize draw you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully.

1. The Promoter

This prize draw is run by That's It, a trading name of M100 Ltd, 151 Karahaki Road, Waverley 4591, New Zealand ("the Promoter"). It is not run, sponsored or endorsed by the event organiser.

2. Eligibility

• Entry is open to New Zealand residents aged 18 years or over.
• Employees of M100 Ltd, their immediate families, and anyone professionally connected with this prize draw are not eligible to enter.
• One entry per person. Duplicate entries from the same email address will be counted once.

3. Entry Period

• Entries open and close on the dates shown above.
• Entries received after the closing time will not be counted.

4. How to Enter

Entry is free and no purchase is necessary. To enter, submit your first name and email address using the form on this page and tick the consent box. That is the only step.

5. The Prize

Total prize value: NZD.

6. Prize Conditions

• The prize is not transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other product.
• The prize will be shipped to a New Zealand address at the Promoter's cost.
• The Promoter reserves the right to substitute any prize, or part of a prize, with one of equal or greater value should circumstances beyond its control make this necessary.

7. Winner Selection and Notification

• The winner will be drawn at random from all valid entries on the draw date shown above.
• The winner will be notified by email at the address used to enter, and may be announced on That's It social media channels.
• The winner must respond to claim their prize within 7 days of being notified. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not respond within that time, the Promoter reserves the right to redraw.

8. The Discount Code

• All valid entrants receive a single-use 15% discount code for use at thatsit.nz.
• The code is valid for 30 days from issue and cannot be combined with any other offer or discount.
• The code is issued to the entrant and is not transferable.

9. Privacy

The personal information you provide is collected by M100 Ltd and used to administer this prize draw, to send your discount code, and, where you have consented, to send you marketing communications. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email. Your information is handled in accordance with our privacy policy and the Privacy Act 2020.

10. General

• The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process, breaches these terms, or acts contrary to the spirit of the draw.
• The Promoter's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
• The Promoter reserves the right to amend, suspend or cancel this prize draw at any time where circumstances make this necessary.
