  • Use a drop where needed or dilute as required.
  • Skin: Apply 1 drop directly / dilute into moisturiser.  If larger irritated area, add 5 drops to bath & soak in it
  • Feet: Add to foot soak or apply to moisture-prone areas
  • Home/Gear: Add a few drops to water spray
  • Steam: Add 1–2 drops to warm water and inhale vapour
