Currently training to try become the best athlete I can and best coach I can. I’m an endurance athlete who aims to push the physical limits of what’s possible while pushing myself to get the best out of myself, daily.

Do you Have any crazy goals right now?
Yes, to run from Santa Monica pier to Las Vegas, 300 miles in under 80 hours

What motivates you to keep on going?
The conviction of pushing my body and mind to achieve things that force me to become better. The pure idea that I have a will to train and work to make this vessel, my body, a nourished and strong vehicle to live a meaningful life.

What’s been your biggest challenge?  How did you feel when you finished?
Running the Te Araroa trail, twice. I was content, truly and utterly content.

Any barriers you overcame to get to this point?
Yes, the voice in my head. The greatest barrier we all face a humans. That which can destroy us and that which can create lasting and significant change.

What is one daily ritual you can’t live without?
Praying to God

Best piece of advice you were ever given? No one is going to save you from your situation except you. And, to Trust God with all your mind, body and soul

Training peaks and strava

On a long train do you listen to anything or think about certain things or just love the time out?
Where does your mind go? Generally, nothing. Think about life, my choices, my training, when the run sucks, how much it sucks, when the runs flowing , how good it feels.
